How it works

Four steps. Zero drafts. No trades to beg for.

Every week is a clean slate. Same cap, same player pool, same lock. The only thing that carries over is the leaderboard — and your reputation.

01

Join a league

Get a link from your commissioner, or start one yourself in about a minute. Two to twenty teams.

02

Build under the cap

Eight NHL players — 5 F, 2 D, 1 G — for $50,000 or less. Salaries reset weekly from form and schedule.

03

Lock Monday at 7

7:00 PM ET. Lineups go public to your league the same second. No edits, no "I meant to."

04

Score all week

Points land live through Sunday night. Then everything resets and you do it again.

Sunday noon
Next week's salaries drop. Prices move with form, injuries and how many games a team plays.
Monday 7:00 PM ET
Lock. Your lineup is frozen and visible to the league. Late is late.
Sunday night
Last game ends, week settles, leaderboard updates. Weekly winner gets the crown; season totals roll.
The rules

Short enough to argue about.

Roster
Eight players: five forwards, two defence, one goalie. Any team, any combination.
Cap
$50,000 for everyone. Go over and you can't lock. Come in under and you've left points on the table.
Salaries
Set by Capcraft each Sunday from recent production, role and games that week. Nobody is $0.
Lock
Monday 7:00 PM ET. Injured after lock? That's hockey. Everyone eats it equally.
Ties
Most cap left wins the tiebreak. Frugality, rewarded exactly once.
