Capcraft is a game. We collect what the game needs to run and not much else. Here is the whole list.
What we collect
Your email address (or the private relay address Apple provides if you sign in with Apple), your team name and optional photo, the lineups you build, and basic device and usage information needed to keep the app working.
How we use it
To sign you in, run your leagues, score your lineups, send the notifications you've turned on (lock reminders, week results, invites), and fix bugs. We do not build advertising profiles.
What other people see
Your team name, photo, manager name, record and — after each weekly lock — your lineup are visible to members of leagues you share. Your email and Apple ID are never shown to other players.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, crash reporting) who process data on our behalf under contract. Statistics come from public sources and contain no personal data of yours.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. Delete your account from Settings and personal data is removed within 30 days; anonymised league history (a team name on a leaderboard) may remain unless you ask us to remove it.
Your choices and contact
Turn notifications off per type in Settings. Export or delete your data from Settings, or email privacy@playcapcraft.com. We answer within a week, usually faster.

Terms of service
Short, because you won't read a long one. By using Capcraft you agree to these.
Eligibility
You must be 13 or older. Capcraft is a free game of skill with no entry fees and no cash prizes from us. Any side arrangement inside your league is yours and your league's business.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including your team name.
Fair play
No scripts, scraping, multiple accounts in one league, or exploiting bugs to gain an edge. If we find it, we remove the lineup, the week, or the account — in that order of escalation.
Content
Team names, photos and league names must not be hateful, harassing, or infringe someone else's rights. Commissioners can rename or remove teams; so can we.
Beta
Capcraft is in beta. Things will break, scoring may be corrected after the fact, and features may change or disappear. We'll tell you when it matters.
Intellectual property
Capcraft, its design and its salary model are ours. Player names and statistics are factual data. Capcraft is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NHL, its teams or its players.
Termination and changes
You can leave any time by deleting your account. We can suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
